⏰How long does shipping take?

Under normal customs clearance, it usually needs 1-2 days to pack, and the average shipping time to US and Europe is about 12-15 days(remote areas not included).

📦How can l track my order?

When your order is shipped,our team and shopify will automaticaly send you an emal with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can find more details andinstructions at https://www.17track.net/en

🎶What is Live packing?

Every week, except Tuesdays, we go live on TikTok from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (ET). During the live stream, you can chat with our host, tell us your favorite characters and colors, and even swap out anything you’re not feeling in real time. 🧡

❓What Happens if I Miss a Live Packing Session?

Some of our friends have placed orders for Live Packing but may have missed our livestreams or found the timing inconvenient. Don’t worry, we will hold your order for 3 days. If you miss all three livestreams, we will provide you with a packing video. Even if you choose Live Packing, we still recommend leaving your Shopping Notes to help us serve you better.
